1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the sbaje platform, accessible at https://sbaje.vip and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces. sbaje provides online sports betting services — with a primary focus on cricket, including BPL and IPL markets — as well as an online casino offering slots, live dealer tables, and crash games.

By accessing any part of the sbaje platform, creating an account, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply alongside the sbaje Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

sbaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, sbaje will provide reasonable notice via on-platform notification or email to the registered address on your account. The most current version of these Terms is always published at https://sbaje.vip/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated summary or description, the English version shall take precedence in all respects.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" means the sbaje website, web application, and any related services provided at https://sbaje.vip.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered sbaje player account created by completing the registration process.
• "Wallet " means the virtual balance held within your Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed on a sports event outcome or casino game result through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit bonuses awarded to your Account by sbaje.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" (BST) means UTC+6, the standard time zone used for all time-sensitive matters on the Platform.

2. Account Registration

To access the full range of sbaje services — including placing bets, depositing funds, and withdrawing winnings — you must hold a registered Account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals in Bangladesh who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms.

2.1 Registration Requirements

When creating an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. You are strictly prohibited from registering using false, fabricated, or third-party identity information.

• Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a pseudonym, or through a shared device — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and balances forfeited.
• You must keep your Account login credentials, including your password, strictly confidential. sbaje will not be responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where that access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your Account, regardless of whether that activity was carried out by you directly or by a third party who accessed your Account with or without your permission.
• sbaje reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the Account lifecycle, including at the time of registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or upon detection of unusual Account activity.

2.2 Account Verification

sbaje operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity and address:

• National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or birth registration certificate issued by a Bangladeshi authority
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence showing your name and address in Bangladesh
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bKash account verification screenshot)

Withdrawal of funds from your Account may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of the verification process. sbaje aims to complete KYC reviews within 3 business days of receiving all required documents, though processing times may vary during high-volume periods.

3. Age Restriction

sbaje is strictly an 18+ platform. It is a violation of these Terms — and potentially of applicable law — for any person under the age of 18 years to register an Account, access betting services, or participate in any form of gambling activity on the Platform.

By completing the registration process, you confirm and warrant that you are aged 18 years or older. sbaje conducts age verification checks as part of the KYC process and may request documentary proof of age — such as a valid NID or passport — at any time. Accounts where the registered player cannot confirm they are 18 or older will be suspended immediately pending investigation and permanently closed if the breach is confirmed.

Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the source payment method, minus any bets already settled, and no winnings will be paid out. sbaje takes underage gambling seriously and supports awareness initiatives aimed at parents and guardians in Bangladesh. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

sbaje supports a range of payment methods tailored specifically to the Bangladeshi market. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and processed using the ৳ symbol. sbaje does not charge platform-level fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuing bank approval)

4.2 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 across all supported payment methods.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your sbaje Wallet within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.
• sbaje reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be matched to a verified Account or that appear inconsistent with the Account's verified payment methods.
• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
• Deposits made during ongoing promotional periods may be subject to bonus terms as described in Section 6.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible.
• Standard withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad for amounts up to ৳50,000 are typically processed on the same business day, subject to Account verification status and security checks.
• Withdrawal requests received after 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) may be processed on the following business day.
• sbaje reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if such checks are initiated.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 6 and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.
• A minimum withdrawal amount of ৳1,000 applies across all payment methods.

5. Betting Rules

sbaje offers sports betting markets across cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international test and ODI fixtures, and other major tournaments), football, kabaddi, and a selection of other sports. All bets are subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time the bet is placed, as well as the general betting rules set out in this section.

5.1 Bet Placement

• A bet is confirmed only when a unique bet reference number has been generated and the stake has been successfully deducted from your Wallet balance. A bet slip that has not received a confirmation reference should be considered unplaced.
• The minimum stake per bet is ৳50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event; these are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format. sbaje reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors — defined as odds significantly inconsistent with the true market price — at any time before or after bet settlement. Bets accepted at clearly erroneous odds may be voided at sbaje's discretion.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. sbaje cannot guarantee the availability of in-play markets for all events and reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Bet Settlement

• Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures, or the ICC for international matches). In the event of a dispute regarding an official result, sbaje will await formal confirmation before settling affected markets.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without a decisive result, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned to your Wallet — except where a specific market rule (e.g., "matches to complete X overs") applies and the relevant condition has already been satisfied.
• sbaje reserves the right to void, suspend, or re-settle any market where it has reasonable grounds to believe that irregular betting patterns, match manipulation, or technical errors have occurred.

5.3 Responsible Betting

6. Bonus Policy

sbaje offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, as well as the general bonus policy outlined in this section.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

• All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Bonus Funds that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements after this period will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on eligible games and markets as specified in the relevant promotion. Bets placed on excluded games or markets will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• sbaje reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to decline or cancel a bonus if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer or the use of low-risk betting strategies solely designed to clear wagering requirements.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

sbaje maintains an active monitoring programme to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Activities that constitute abuse include, without limitation: registering multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; coordinated low-risk wagering across related accounts; and providing false information to qualify for a targeted promotional offer. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.

7. Account Closure

Both sbaje and the Player may initiate Account closure under the circumstances described in this section. Account closure does not extinguish any obligations that arose prior to closure, including any outstanding wagering requirements or pending withdrawal requests.

7.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your sbaje Account at any time by contacting [email protected] from the email address registered to your Account. Before closure is processed, sbaje will confirm your identity and settle any outstanding bet activity. Any verified, withdrawable balance remaining in your Wallet will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed. Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.

7.2 Closure by sbaje

sbaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the age restriction, identity verification, or multiple-account policies
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during the Account lifecycle
• Participation in, or reasonable suspicion of, match fixing, money laundering, or any other criminal activity connected with the Platform
• Confirmed bonus abuse as described in Section 6.2
• Chargebacks raised against sbaje without valid grounds, or reversal of deposits already used for wagering
• Inactivity: Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. sbaje will attempt to contact the registered email address before any dormancy action is taken.

Where sbaje closes an Account for cause under the above provisions, any withdrawable real-money balance will be handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable procedures. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited in all cases of closure for cause.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests submitted by email to [email protected] will be actioned within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is in place, sbaje will take reasonable steps to prevent the affected Account from being used during the exclusion period. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sbaje's total aggregate liability to any Player — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 No Warranty

The sbaje Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While sbaje makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and accuracy of odds and game information, sbaje makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform.

8.2 Exclusions

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits sbaje's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. The exclusions and limitations in this section apply only to the extent permitted by the laws applicable in Bangladesh.

8.3 Third-Party Services

sbaje's Platform integrates with third-party service providers, including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, as well as payment processors including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. sbaje is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of service of these third-party providers. Any disputes relating to a specific game outcome generated by a third-party provider's platform must be raised with that provider directly, though sbaje's support team will assist in facilitating communication where possible.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fair dealing applicable to online platform agreements. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the sbaje Platform shall first be referred to sbaje's customer support team at [email protected] for informal resolution. sbaje is committed to resolving player disputes promptly and fairly.
